A Mother's Love
Lioness and Cub

Original Artwork (70cm x 50cm): Double mounted plus gutter mount, ready for framing
I took the reference photo for this piece when I was in Botswana and the interaction I observed between cub and mother truly melted my heart. The body language revealed everything; tenderness, love, devotion ..... it just goes to show that animals create similar relationship bonds to us.
As part of a new series/collection of work, I've included an African-themed background and frame to provide a new style of identity. It's always good to push myself to try new things.
This piece is also dedicated to my mum for all the love, support, encouragement and help she has provided to me, especially during tough and challenging times.
